Structured Cabling Technician

Roseville, CA Full-time $28–$42/hr DOE + medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, van & tools

Install, terminate and test Cat6/Cat6A and fiber infrastructure for enterprise clients — clean pathways, proper support and BICSI-quality workmanship on every job.

What you'll do

  • Pull, terminate and dress Cat6/Cat6A copper cabling to TIA-568 standards
  • Install J-hooks, ladder rack, cable tray and firestopping per plan
  • Terminate patch panels, jacks, racks and vertical/horizontal wire management
  • Test with Fluke DSX certifiers and generate close-out documentation
  • Read blueprints, RFIs and submittals; coordinate with GC and other trades

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience
  • Own basic hand tools; comfortable on lifts, ladders and in ceilings
  • Clean driving record, background check, drug screen
  • BICSI Installer 1 or 2 a plus (paid training available)

Fiber Optic Technician / Splicer

San Mateo, CA Full-time $40–$60/hr DOE + benefits, per-diem on travel jobs

What you'll do

  • Fusion splice SM/MM fiber; terminate LC/SC/MPO connectors
  • OTDR trace, insertion loss and end-face inspection testing
  • Install fiber trays, panels and cassettes; label and document all ports
  • Support MDF/IDF buildouts and carrier demarc extensions

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of fiber splicing and testing experience
  • Proficient with Fujikura/Sumitomo splicers and OTDR platforms
  • Familiar with data-center MPO/MTP infrastructure
  • BICSI Fiber (TECH) or manufacturer certification preferred

Project Manager — Enterprise

  • Enforce safety, quality and BICSI standards on every jobsite
  • Own client relationship from award through warranty period

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years managing commercial low-voltage or structured cabling projects
  • Comfortable with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and RFI workflows
  • PMP, BICSI RCDD or equivalent a plus
  • Willingness to travel to jobsites across California

Cabling Estimator

  • Perform on-screen takeoffs (Bluebeam / PlanSwift) and produce SOWs
  • Source materials from CommScope, Panduit, Leviton, Corning, etc.
  • Assemble bid packages, submittals and value-engineering options
  • Support PMs during pre-construction and buyout

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years estimating structured cabling or low-voltage systems
  • Strong Excel; experience with McCormick / Accubid a plus
  • BICSI knowledge and ability to read architectural/MEP plans

Lead Technician / Foreman

Multiple CA offices Full-time $38–$55/hr DOE + truck, phone, full benefits

What you'll do

  • Direct 2–8 techs on daily install activities
  • Layout, labeling standards and QC of terminations and testing
  • Daily reports, safety toolbox talks, jobsite housekeeping
  • Order material, coordinate deliveries, manage tool inventory

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years cabling experience with 1+ year leading a crew
  • BICSI Installer 2 / Tech, OSHA 30
  • Strong communication and client-facing presence

Apprentice Technician

Multiple CA offices Full-time $20–$26/hr + full benefits + paid BICSI training

  • Willing to learn, physically capable, comfortable on ladders
  • No prior experience required — attitude and reliability matter most
