By accessing or using accesscabling.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

About Access Cabling

Access Cabling is a California-licensed commercial network cabling and low-voltage contractor (CSLB License #992009) with more than 28 years of experience. Access Cabling is owned and operated by Fireside Security Group Inc. and provides structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, security, access control, wireless, and technology infrastructure services throughout California and nationwide.

Website usage

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication with our team. You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Quotes & estimates

Web-form quote requests generate a preliminary conversation, not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on site conditions, product availability, materials, labor rates, prevailing-wage requirements, permitting, and change orders. All quotes are subject to a signed proposal.

Site surveys

Complimentary site surveys are offered at Access Cabling's discretion for qualifying commercial projects within our service areas. Site survey findings are provided for planning purposes and may be superseded by conditions discovered during construction.

Scheduling & bookings

Bookings requested through the Site are proposed times; a booking is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to keep scheduled appointments but may reschedule due to weather, safety conditions, permitting, or emergencies.

Commercial projects

Access Cabling serves commercial, enterprise, healthcare, education, government, and institutional clients. We do not perform residential service calls. Project terms — including scope, materials, labor, insurance, prevailing wage where applicable, warranties, and payment — are governed by the signed written contract for each project, not by this Site.

Intellectual property

The Access Cabling name, logo, page copy, photography, diagrams, videos, and other Site content are the property of Access Cabling and Fireside Security Group Inc., or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference. Third-party marks (including Belden, Berk-Tek, LANmark, Panduit, CommScope, and others) are the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or the servers or networks that host it.
• Scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the Site for competitive purposes.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause interruptions.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will lie in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
