How It Works

We work inside your compliance program, not around it.

Avetta is a supply chain risk and contractor management platform that hiring clients use to prequalify suppliers and monitor them over time. Access Cabling is the contractor being qualified: when your team sends the requirement list, we return the insurance, safety, licensing, training and subcontractor records the profile asks for and keep them current while the project runs. We make no claim of certification, approval or partnership with Avetta.

  • Certificates of insurance with additional-insured endorsements

What We Cover

Compliance areas we support

Everything a hiring client typically needs from a low-voltage contractor before site access is granted.

Safety & Insurance Documentation

Certificates for general liability, workers' compensation, auto and umbrella coverage, plus written safety programs, SDS sheets and JSAs — issued to your limits and additional-insured wording.

Contractor Qualification

Licensing (California C-7 / C-10, CSLB 992009), financial and reference information, scope questionnaires and signed client agreements returned in the format your program expects.

Prequalification Support

We complete client-specific prequalification questionnaires and upload requested records so procurement can approve us before the award instead of after it.

Workforce & Site Compliance

Orientation completions, badging, PPE, substance screening and task-specific training tracked per technician, with expirations monitored for the life of the project.

Subcontractor Management

Specialty trades we bring on are held to the same insurance, safety and training thresholds, with their documentation supplied to your compliance program.

Multi-Site Rollouts

One compliance package, many locations — useful for retail, restaurant, healthcare and enterprise clients running the same program across regions.

Start Onboarding

Send us your requirement list — we will turn it around fast.

Tell us the program, policy limits and site-specific rules. We will confirm what we already hold, flag anything that needs to be issued, and get your vendor profile moving so the cabling work can be scheduled.

What to send us

FAQ

Avetta onboarding questions

What is Avetta supplier and contractor management?+

Avetta is a third-party supply chain risk and contractor management platform. Hiring clients use it to prequalify contractors and suppliers, collect insurance certificates and safety statistics, verify worker training, and monitor subcontractors used on their sites.

Can Access Cabling onboard through our Avetta program?+

Yes. We routinely complete client-driven prequalification programs and can provide the documentation an Avetta profile requires — insurance certificates, safety programs, incident rates, training records and subcontractor details. We do not claim any certification, approval or partnership with Avetta itself; we support your compliance workflow as the contractor being qualified.

What documentation do you provide for prequalification?+

General liability, workers' compensation, auto and umbrella certificates with additional-insured endorsements as required; written safety programs; OSHA-recordable rates and EMR; employee training and orientation transcripts; W-9 and licensing (California C-7 / C-10, CSLB 992009); and references.

How do you handle workforce and site compliance?+

Technicians arrive with the site orientations, badging, PPE and task-specific training your program requires. We track expirations internally so credentials stay current for the duration of the project rather than only at onboarding.

Do you manage subcontractors under our compliance requirements?+

When a project requires specialty trades, we flow the same insurance, safety and training requirements down to those subcontractors and provide their documentation so your program has full visibility into everyone on site.

How long does onboarding usually take?+

Most document packages are returned within one to three business days of receiving your requirement list. Platform review timelines are controlled by your program administrator, so starting onboarding early keeps mobilization on schedule.

Where can Access Cabling work under these programs?+

We deliver structured cabling, fiber optic, data center and low-voltage security work across California and nationwide. Call (650) 212-1544 to start onboarding for your site or project locations.
