SUPER BOWL READY:ACCESS CABLING DELIVERS AT LEVI'S STADIUM
Fiber backbone and 800+ Cat6 runs for the NFL's largest screens, ribbon boards, entry boards, and marquee — completed in three months ahead of the Super Bowl.

FIBER, CAT6, AND SPIDER LIFTS FOR ONE OF THE NFL'S BIGGEST STAGES
When one of the world's most-watched sporting events takes center stage, the supporting technology infrastructure must perform without compromise.
Access Cabling was brought in to install the physical cabling behind Levi's Stadium's new video displays — including the main scoreboards, among the largest screens in the NFL. Our scope covered the fiber backbone feeding the scoreboards and screens, the ribbon boards on every level, the entry boards, and the marquee.
More than 800 Cat6 cables were run to individual LED panels. Much of the work was performed from spider lifts and aerial platforms, giving technicians safe access to the massive displays and hard-to-reach rigging locations. The entire project was completed in three months, ahead of the Super Bowl.

THE CHALLENGE
Large stadium environments present unique technical and logistical challenges. Cabling routes extended across multiple levels to massive LED displays, restricted rigging areas, active operational zones, and hard Super Bowl deadlines.
In an environment where every connection matters, there was no room for shortcuts.
SCOPE OF WORK
Access Cabling executed the physical cabling scope for Levi's Stadium's new LED display systems — from the fiber backbone to the last Cat6 drop at each panel.

Work was performed using spider lifts and aerial platforms to safely reach the stadium's massive displays and rigging areas.
- Fiber backbone for new scoreboards and screens
- Cabling for the largest screens in the NFL
- Ribbon board cabling on each stadium level
- Entry board and marquee cabling
- Over 800 Cat6 cables to individual LED panels
- High-reach installation via spider lifts and aerial platforms
- Cable organization, labeling, and documentation
- Testing and quality verification
- Project coordination completed on a 3-month schedule
PLANNED. COORDINATED. BUILT TO PERFORM.
Our team approached the project with a focus on planning, communication, safety, and quality control. We reviewed routes and work areas to identify access requirements — including spider-lift and aerial-platform positioning — pathway constraints, scheduling conflicts, and coordination needs. During installation, technicians followed established routing, support, labeling, and termination practices to keep the massive LED display infrastructure organized and serviceable.

- Coordination with facility operations and other trades
- Safety-first work practices for lifts and elevated cabling
- Serviceable pathways, labeling, and as-built documentation
- Testing that supports reliable performance at scale

DELIVERED BEFORE KICKOFF
Access Cabling completed the fiber backbone and LED panel cabling scope for Levi's Stadium's new scoreboards, ribbons, entry boards, and marquee — over 800 Cat6 runs in total — within a three-month schedule and before the Super Bowl.
The finished installation provided a reliable physical infrastructure foundation for one of the NFL's largest and most visible screen systems, supporting game-day broadcasts, fan engagement, and stadium operations.
Seeing a major event take place in a venue where our team contributed infrastructure work is a source of pride for every technician, project manager, and partner involved.
"THIS WAS A HIGH-VISIBILITY, HIGH-PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENT WHERE EVERY CONNECTION MATTERED."
